RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please familiarize yourself with this policy.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2. WHICH ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?
Returned items must be:
- unused;
- unopened;
- in original packaging;
- undamaged in appearance;
- complete.
3. WHICH ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
For hygiene and health protection reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- opened cosmetic products;
- used cosmetic products;
- products with damaged protective packaging;
- goods that, after delivery, were mixed with other goods and cannot be separated.
These exceptions apply in cases determined by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. RETURN PROCEDURE
To return an item, please contact:

- order number;
- first and last name;
- reason for return.
We will respond as soon as possible and provide further instructions.
5. REFUNDS
Once confirmed that the returned item meets the requirements of this policy, a refund will be issued within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
6. DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received:
- a damaged;
- a faulty;
- an incorrect item,
please contact us as soon as possible.
In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by MB BEBRE.
7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to the buyer's decision to withdraw from the contract, the return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer.
If the return is due to the Seller's fault, all reasonable costs will be covered by the Seller.
